Lavasplace is a private estate with sea views,outdoor pool and garden which has a villa on groundfloor divided into 4 apartments which can be rented separately.
Accommodation Summary : Each apartment consists on a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and lounge with small kitchen for self-catering.
There are two apartments with bathtub and two of them with shower.
There is a special room for laundry, with washing machine and dryer.
Local Area Next to the National Park of Timanfaya, surrounded by more than 30 volcanoes, where you will enjoy a volcanic environment different from any other place.

It is a small village 9 km from Playa Blanca, a tourist resort on the south of Lanzarote, where you'll find all the leisure activities you wish.
It is near the beaches of Playa Blanca, Papagayo and the Golfo.
The apartment is beside a restaurant, Casa Marcos, where you can taste the delicious Canary food.
Lanazarote Lanzarote is called 'the island of the hundred volcanoes' because it possesses more than 140 volcanoes.
In 1993 it was declared a Biosphere Reserve and has 13 Protected Areas, such as the National Park of Timanfaya.
Here you can discover volcanic valleys and large and exotic beaches and practise all kind of water sports: windsurf, diving, sailing, underwater fishing....
Lanzarote is blessed with year-round warm weather with more than 300 sunny days per year.
Las Breñas is a small village near Playa Blanca, a tourist resort on the south of Lanzarote, where you'll find all the local amenities you wish.
After a tiring day trip, you'll return to Las Breñas to find a quiet and calm place to rest.
The nearest beaches are those of Playa Blanca (Blanca, Dorada, Flamingo) and Papagayo beach, in the Natural Park of Ajaches, which is consider the most beautiful beach in the island.

Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
