The Villa is located at the end of a quite small residential cul-de-sac. It has a quaint walled front garden with some shrubs, a lemon tree and pretty flowers. There is a tiled path leading to the front veranda and front door which opens directly into the living room. The rear of the villa is accessed via a driveway along the side of the property, leading to the east facing side breakfast terrace, back door, rear patio and swimming pool.
Prices in UK pounds are per week and include end cleaning and pool maintenance.

With the added availability of the car we were able to visit many other resorts and wonderful land marks throughout Cyprus and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Owners Yvonne and I would like to welcome you to our villa and to share our holiday home with you. Yvonne is German and I am English we live and work in Frankfurt Germany at the moment but hope to retire to Cyprus in the next couple of years. We have set the prices for rental at a level which is very competitive compared to other villas on offer in and around the area. Our aim is to cover the running costs and ensure it is well maintained. These prices have been set within an affordable range for many people who would not normally think of renting a villa. It was the first time we had rented a villa and wow what freedom you have compared to hotels and holiday apartments plus the private pool in the garden was the icing on the cake for us and we hope you enjoy it as we did
