Accommodation Summary : two bedrooms. one twin with TV,Walk in closet, ensuite with step in shower, WC etc and one queen bed with closet and family bathroom with bath and shower etc. just by door. The kitchen/diner has all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, juicer, stove, fridge/freezer. Through a linking door in the kitchen is the garage with electric door and Washer dryer. They are many other useful items including barbeque, beach chairs, cool boxes, swim aids, beach towels, iron and ironing board, the list goes on. The lounge area has a catherdral ceiling which gives the feel of light and space. It has a flat screen cable TV with DVD and VCR. Two couches and various tables and lamps. The Lanai is off the lounge with outside seating area and bug screen. All flooring is new and the decorations perfect. All rooms have ceiling fans and the whole villa is air-conditioned, except the Garage.

In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
