This is a unique property, set in a wonderful rural location, which has been renovated to a very high standard. It incorporates a traditional yet contemporary Portuguese style. The house contains rustic features such as exposed beamed ceilings with bamboo, log burners, traditional Portuguese tiles, with a Moorish theme throughout. Outside, there is a heated 12 x 5 pool (currently under construction to be completed by April 2010) and over 200sq.m of terracing offering a variety of fantastic rural views. There is an extensive orchard with a variety of fruits including, orange, lemon, plum, apricot and pear, as well as mature garden. The main terrace has a large table and seating for 18 people, a BBQ and a Pizza oven, naturally shaded.

A 20% deposit is payable upon time of booking, and balance is due 8 weeks before date of arrival. A refundable damages deposit of £300 is required before arrival
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
