Property is fully alarmed with underfloor heating, fireplace and air-conditioning. The master bed room and en-suite are located upstairs via marble stairs and is the only accommodation on that floor opening on a large terrace with beautiful sea views. All other rooms are on ground level. The villa is very private and set in a very peaceful idyllic location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Our excellent agent is based locally and will assist you promptly with any accommodation issues. They will meet you at the villa, to ensure that you are happy with everything in the villa, to give your holiday a really good start. We request that guests do not smoke inside the villa. As the villa has both air-conditioning and heating units it is suitable for both summer and winter months as in the winter months the temperature is an average 50-60 degrees F . It is very spacious and has been decorated to a very high standard.
Villa Location The Villa is located in an idyllic area at the end of the La Manga peninsula which is unique there are a few restaurants and shops, and it is about 4 miles to the yacht harbour Tomas Maestre where you can also find a variety of restaurants, shops and wine bars. There are a number of typical Spanish surrounding villages where frequent festivals take place. There is the fishing Port of Cabo De Palos which is renown for some of the best fish restaurants in the region. An ideal holiday home for the discerning traveller, far from the noisy tourist spots is looking for peace, serenity and independence without compromising. The La Manga peninsula / strip is 12 kilometers long and is unique as its the only place in Spain that has 2 seas - the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The famous La Manga Club is also accessible boasting a number of exquisite restaurants, bars, Health Spa and has one of the best golf courses in Spain. The historical town of Cartegna and the city of Murcia are driving distance away.
Villa suitability The villa is suitable for all ages. Children are welcome - baby facilities - cot, high chair, baby safety gates available on request at extra charge. Our excellent agent is based locally, and will assist you promptly with any accommodation issue. The access to the pool is by tiled steps safe for children and elderly and the deserving swimmer. The depth is graduated the deepest area 6 foot plus. There is also a temperature gauge to make sure the water temperature is perfect for your swim.
Large, private garden and private pool, (24 x 12ft wide). At night the subtle and attractive pool lights can be turned on. The gardens are pleasantly designed with tropical plants to create a private and peaceful setting and lights up at night with solar powered lights. There is ample garden furniture and lounge beds, large umbrella and a permanent brick barbecue adjacent to pool area. There are 3 terraces -one roof terrace with 360 degrees panoramic views over the seas and two patio/veranda on the ground floor. One large facing the pool great for entertaining, and the other facing the kitchen great for early morning breakfast (both with furniture). Off street parking is available. There is lots of lighting outside the villa which makes it very welcoming in the evenings.
