Casa Case has been delightfully furnished and well equipped to provide spacious accommodation for 14 people (plus 1 baby in cot) in comfort. Another 4 children may be accommodated in single folding beds.
The unique layout of this villa makes it particularly suitable for large groups as four of the double-bedrooms have their own individual lounge and the master suite has itοΏ½s own balcony thus providing private space if required.
Accommodation Summary : On the ground floor of the main house is a large lounge/dining room and open kitchen, 2 twin-bedded rooms and a shower room. The lounge/diner has sofas seating 8 and dining tables and chairs seating 14. There is a TV (satelite) and DVD player and lots of DVDs, CDs, books and board games for your use.
The kitchen has a large range-style oven with 5 rings, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
On the first floor is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a veranda.
There is a 5% reduction for bookings of 2 or more weeks.

The price includes: bed linen (beds will be made up ready for your arrival), towels (for indoor use), travel cot and highchair (on request at no extra charge), weekly cleaning, pool and garden maintenance (one or two visits during the week), gas, electricity and water.
Payment in £ GBP or Euros. On booking 20% of the total rent will be required. The balance of the rent must be paid at least one calendar month prior to the booking date. There is a discount of 5% for second and subsequent weeks. A damage/security deposit of £300 or 300 will be payable on arrival. This will be refunded on your departure providing everything is OK. For rentals longer than one week, the villa will be cleaned and linen and towels changed weekly.
More information about the area Casa Case is situated in Catalonia on the costal plain between the Mediterranean and the mountains. It is easily accessible - junction 39 of the AP7 auto route and just off the N340 at 1,117 km. This part of Catalonia is known as the Costa Dorada (golden coast) so called because of the colour of the sands. Within a short drive of Casa Case are lots of small coves and fine sandy beaches - some blue flag awarded. The nearby (5km) fishing village of LAmetlla de Mar is a typical Catalonian village with plenty of bars and restaurants a gastronomic delight. This area has such a variety to offer.
