Hire our boat and spend a day out at sea then come 'home' and have a bar-b-q on the roof surrounded by fantastic views while watching the sun set, heavenly or relax in the luxurious lounge after a long day on the beach and watch a DVD. Everything is here to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.
With the available food shopping, cleaning & full range of amenties including those for children, it is ideal for couples coming on holiday together & equally comfortable for a family or families sharing. Guests have the added advantage of the owner being on hand to offer information/help.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for making our stay in Kalkan a fantastic one. Despite the fact we've tried many other places (3 villas and 3 hotels) before, Tas Villa was the best by far. Although we soon filled the place up with friends and family, there was plenty of room for everyone, whether we were sunning by the huge pool, sitting drinking G&Ts in the baby pool, reading on the balcony or playing cards and listening to music on the roof terrace. The location gave us lovely views of the bay and the mountains behind (ideal for our twitcher mate). It was far enough up the hill to get a lovely breeze and keep the mossies at bay but close enough for an easy stroll into the centre of town in the evening. Cabs were easy to get hold of for the return journey. What made it even better was Tracy's care and readiness to help out if we were stuck. And the welcome pack was very welcome! Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
