This beautiful first floor apartment is located on a small complex of only 9 apartments and is fully air conditioned.
Newly built in 2008 it is finished to a high standard and benefits from a large rear balcony furnished with a large table and 6 chairs - just perfect for an al fresco lunch or evening meal.
Although located in a quiet residential area of Paphos it is only a short walk to the seafront and the bars and restaurants along the sea front. A 15 minute walk will get you to the harbour or the nearest beach. Local buses run from the seafront if you want to explore some of the area without hiring a car.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and has toilets and changing areas.
Covered parking is provided.

All bed linens and towels are provided but we do ask that you bring your own beach towels. A covered allocated parking space in available. The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk away.
Air conditioning not included - £5 per unit per day but you can decide on which units you need (units are located in each bedroom and in the living area). This can be arranged either before you arrive or once you get there.

It is about a 20 minute drive to the 3 golf courses in the area, and a driving range about 5 minutes drive away. There is a water park, go karting and mini golf nearby. The Bird and Animal Park and George's Ranch (horse riding) are also a short drive away. There are several sight of historic interest in the area - the mosaics at the harbour, St Paul's Pillar, several churches, and a little further out the Tombs of the Kings.
Our information file in the apartment shows further things to do, a map of the area, and recommendations for restaurants (both from ourselves and our guests). Details of the local buses are also in this folder.
We have an english agent to meet you and show you around the apartment. He is also available in case of queries or problems. We send all our guests a map of the area and emergency telephone numbers before their holiday.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
