Our local village is Jarze, a lovely sleepy village just which is 1 mile away. There is a Boulanger (butchers but almost general store) 2 Patissierie, chemist, tabac/Bar and a Cafe there are a few local restaurants too with easy driving distance.
The nearest supermarket is in Bauge which is 7 miles away good town with lots of shops banks restaurants etc market on Monday and Saturday to get local produce and a lovely Chateau.
Accommodation Summary :The Pool House is a tastefully furnished and decorated 3 Bedroom detached Swiss style bungalow, set in 6 acres of land (only shared with one other Gite 100 yards away). Being a bungalow The Pool House lends its self very well to people who are mildly disabled and can't climb stairs.
(There is a front door step and there are two steps going down to the bathroom and two of the bedrooms.)
The three bedrooms are set out as follows:- 2 Double bedrooms, the third has twin beds. There is a large L shaped lounge/ kitchen/ dining room.
