The apartment has secure parking, lift and a private communal swimming pool. Included in the rental rates are all utilities, bathroom towels and linen. The apartment has UK TV Channels such as BBC, ITV. There is a library of books, CDs, and over 100 DVDs. UK Plug Sockets.There is also a travel guide and information on the area. The apartment is a 1 minutes stroll of bars and restaurants unlike others on the Island. There is a bus stop opposite the apartment which runs every hour into the Town. Day trips can be arranged with a pick up point outside the apartment complex. If you decide to hire a car during your holiday, there is a rental firm next door to the apartment block. The Golf Complex is approx 2km away and has 18-hole, par 72 course within a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
