Situated in a peaceful area next to Figueretes, Eivissa (Ibiza town) and Dalt Villa (old town). There are small shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and a beach in very close proximity to the apartment with many more on the promenade to and at Figuretes beach (a few minutes walk). Ibiza town, Port and Dalt Villa are 10-15 minutes walk away.
The apartment is south-west facing with excellent views of the sea, Formentera, many small islands, Ses Salines/Playa Den Bossa area and hills for the sun sets.
Car parking is around the apartment or at the end of the road (a few mins walk) Everything is practically on your door step. The apartment is open all year for winter and summer lets it is also ideal for visiting friends to the local community. I can also do long winter lets.
The apartment has recently had the electrical system and hot water up graded.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
