Two bedroom villa attached to our Farmhouse with Private Pool in peaceful location
The villa is set in 20,000 sq m of land providing tranquillity and privacy.
The private swimming pool has a poolside bar, shower and toilet.
There are three BBQ areas and plenty of entertainment areas to enjoy outdoor dining.
The small Spanish village is 3km drive away and has a restaurant, two bars, and two mini supermarkets.
There are two sets of golf clubs available to use at the local golf courses.
Also available is a travel cot, stairgate and pushchair for the younger traveller.
Accommodation Summary : There are two bedrooms, one double with balcony, and one twin.
A sofa bed in the dining room can sleep two extra people.
There are two bathrooms one with shower.
Large fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and washing machine.
The dining room seat 8 people with French doors leading to the gardens.
Satellite TV provided in the small lounge area and there is a CD/cassette player available.
Snooker table, pool table, darts, 10 pin bowling alley, bar billiards, gym, 9 hole crazy golf and poolside bar. Free wi fi and two sets of golf clubs now available.

We have stayed here a few times in the last couple of years, the accomodation is first class and the location is beautiful, with stunning views and lots of peace and quiet. Nothing is too much trouble and Tracey, the owner goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is a memorable one, we will be going back later in the year, we are hooked.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
