nature - a place to restore the spirit. The Compound consist of 5 separate accommodations, all with private entrances, antiques and wide-board flooring. Choose between Plass Cottage, The Portico Suite, The Bungalow, The TreeTop Room & The Vista Room or The Hayloft Suite. Choose a combination of accommodations or the entire Compound. The Compound sleeps up to 14 and has 7-1/2 baths. Enjoy beautiful country views, wildlife, birdwatching, lawns, gardens, terraces and farm animals. New York City is only a 2 hour trip by car or Amtrak Train (4 minutes away). Saratoga NY, Albany NY, Woodstock NY, Hyde Park NY, Stockbridge & Lennox MA are within an hour drive. Hudson River, Catskill & Berkshire Mtns are within 15 minutes.

This rental contains 4 separate buildings utilizing common grounds. There are flower gardens, in-season vegetable garden, farm animals, an abundance of wildlife, 3 terraces including a water garden and a portico. Three miles from Hudson, NY for dining, shopping and entertainment. Two hours to NYC by car or Amtrak Train (station is 4 minutes away). Minutes to Catskill Mountains, Berkshire Mountains, Hudson River, and Lakes. Within one hour to Albany NY, Stockbridge MA, Woodstock NY, Rhinebeck NY, Hyde Park NY and Saratoga NY.
Prices are based on 2 & 3 person occupancy for Plass Cottage, 2 person occumpancy for The Portico Suite, 2 person occupancy for The Bungalow and 2 person occupancy for The Hayloft Suite.
Additional Information :
Rates for groups of 7 or more is $75 per person, per night. Utilities and cleaning included. We do not accept children under 8 years of age. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Just a note to tell you that we so much enjoyed staying at Vintage East. The Cottage was splendid in every way. We found it peaceful, relaxing and charming. The attention to detail was amazing and we found everything we needed. It was a pleasure to have met you and thank you for the warm Southern hospitality.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
