Beautiful Condo on white sandy pristine beach with crystal turquoise waters. This second floor condo, one of 14 units has stained cathedral ceilings and is tastefully decorated. It is situated on a beach front parcel of land in St. James parish on the west coast of the island. The property is beautifully landscaped with tropical flora and fauna. The fresh water pool in the garden is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Relaxing on the balcony in the evening affords a view of the lighted garden and pool whilst being caressed by the soothing sounds of the surf and gentle island breezes.

The condo has a large ensuite bedroom which can be used as twin beds or as a king size. The spacious lounge/dining room has a couch that cn be converted to a single bed. Amenities include ceiling fan, an air conditioning ensuite, full separate kitchen, T.V. CD and DVD player, Broadband internet shared pool, and water sports available.

A non-refundable deposit by Bankers Draft/Cashiers Cheque for the amount of 25% is required to secure a booking.
Written confirmation and receipt for your deposit and payment will be mailed.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival at Condo #3.
Cancellations received 8 weeks, before confirmed arrival date. All monies paid will be forfeited. This also applies to no show and early check out.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
