Externally the villa has a large terrace, a particularly suitable for relaxing, with sofas and lounges, one with a large table and chairs is perfect for outdoor dining, overlooks the valley below. There is a large barbeque all in stone, to prepare typical Tuscan grilled meat. The large pool of 7 x 13 m, depth 1 to 2.50 m offers wooden beds, shower and a covered area with sun beds, sitting area, mini-bar to alternate moments of sunshine to relax. The villa has a fleet of about 2 ha, with soccer field, a field to practice archery, an area reserved for children with various games, bowling and Dartz. In another covered terrace there is a ping-pong and table football. There are three mountain bike trails and numerous treaking within the nature reserve.The owner lives into one apartment to the villa , with garden and entry individualy.
Easy to visit The villa is ideally situated for visiting Siena, Arezzo, Florence, San Gimignano no more than 40 minutes by car. Are also accessible (except San Gimignano) 20 minutes by train from Figline Valdarno train station. Excellent is also the path that joins the most important centers of Chianti Classico such as Radda in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti. In 15 minutes you can reach the ancient village of Montefioralle, considered one of the most beautiful in Italy. Just 5 minutes to appreciate the presence of a beautiful park-zoo.
Eat and drink The Chianti region is famous worldwide for its natural beauty as well as for its fine wine and cuisine. The area is full of small restaurants, taverns, wine bars. Among the most famous, near Villa Giardo we recommend "The Old Village," "The Palagina" Restaurant "Giovanni di Verrazzano. Wineries that are worth your visit is undoubtedly "The Castle Albola", "Castle Quercetto", "Enoteca" in Greve in Chianti "Wine Museum" in Greve in Chianti. Services and transport At about 2 km of the villa ,in center of Lucolena there are post office, pharmacy, a small grocery, a pizzeria-restaurant and the bus station . The hospital, train station and a large supermarket are within 10 km in the center of Figline Valdarno. You can reach our villa: From Florence, exit Incisa (the satellite usually indicates Certosa exit, but are only others more miles in).
From INCISA continue to Figline Valdarno where the second traffic light at the beginning of the country, near the Hotel Torricelli, turn right and then first deck turn right, direction Greve in Chianti and after about 8 km of road between hill, turn left and follow the fork to Lucolena and after about 2 km turn left (LA PESCINA) GPS coordinates: N 43.34.28.73 and 11.23.57.63.

"Sono stato in vacanza a Villa Giardo con la mia famiglia ed è stato molto rilassante per me e mia moglie e divertente per i bambini che si sono goduti ampiamente tutte le possibilità offerte dalla dimora e dal contesto. La location è incredibile ed è il massimo per passare una vacanza nel pieno della natura e dei paessaggi del Chianti. La dimora è completissima e molto suggestiva."

"A very well-kept, well-loved and beautifully restructured home set in the picturesque hills of Tuscany.Not only is it a perfect place to relax, enjoy the nature and wild-life but it also offered our 4 kids (aged 5,8,11,12) an incredible amount of different activities from swimming and football to archery and a playground.The owners were extremely helpful both before arrival and during the stay,and the villa is within easy reach of Siena and Florence. A place I definitely hope to return to in the near future and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun, relaxing holiday."

"Das Haus ist ein Traum für Urlauber, die absolute Ruhe suchen. Rund um das Haus kann man jeden Tag Fasane, Rehe, etc. beobachten. Das Gelände ums Haus ist sehr groß und läßt keine Wünsche übrig. Ebenso im Haus. Sehr liebevoll und luxeriös eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind absolut bemüht, dass es den Urlaubern an nichts fehlt. Sehr, sehr gastfreundlich. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen."

La maison est grande et très bien équipée, rien ne manque! et dans le grand jardin, piscine, pergola, table de ping pong, terrain de foot, ... c'est superbe, très calme, à recommander vivement!
