La Haille G�tes - Sunnycroft with many extra facilities
The gite opens onto the open plan lounge equipped with a sofa and armchair, French television, English satellite television, a DVD/CD player along with a few DVDs, a radio and a selection of books that include some books for younger children.The kitchen/diner area is alongside and this is equipped with a table and four chairs, fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with four gas rings, gas kettle, electric coffee machine, hand whisk, cutlery, crockery and pans etc.
The back bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds and a chair and the master bedroom has a double bed and a chair, with two small steps leading to the en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.
Sunnycroft is fully centrally heated with thermostat controls for Winter lets and fans provided for Summer lets.
Accommodation Summary : Registered with Gers Tourism - 3 �toiles.
One of three self-catering apartments, Sunnycroft is a South facing bungalow gite/apartment with two separate bedrooms ideal for a family of four or for those who have difficulty with stairs.
Laundry room and drying areas.
Games box with indoor and outdoor games.
Games room with American pool, table tennis, darts, table football and fitness area.
Archery, mountainboards (off road skateboards) and bicycles also available.
Selection of books and DVDs.
Cyclists: Benefit from a disount by simply entering an event or holding a valid cycle club membership. Offer not available for the months of July and August.

Bars and restaurants Simorre (4 km) has an internet bar/cafe serving lunchtime meals and a restaurant.
Molas (6 km) has a restaurant/pizzeria which offers take away pizzas.
Info on public transport There are regular train and bus services from Toulouse (68 km) to Auch (37 km) and to Gimont (36 km), but your own transport is essential as there is very little public transport in this area.

We found La Haille Gîtes to be very well equipped and clean, in a lovely setting with wonderful views and a peaceful environment. The swimming pool was excellent and the surrounding countryside offered beautiful walking and interesting towns. We enjoyed it so much we stayed for an extra week!

Another fantastic holiday - our fifth time staying with you has been the best ever! We have returned home, reluctant but refreshed and certainly fitter than when we arrived. The guiding was brilliant, as were the local club outings - it was great to be able to cover so many different routes. And in between the cycling - we still found lots to do. The only regret is missing the downhilling from Luchon and the white water rafting - next time! Great gite, great cycling, great views - what more could you ask for? Thanks again for making us so welcome.

My wife and I had a wonderful weeks stay at La Haille Gîtes in August. We loved the beautiful countryside with distant views of the Pyrénées, even from the pool. The owners had lots of time for their guests and took me out on the marked cycle trails through rolling hills, not too technical, but you needed to have a fair level of fitness. The owners also took us to Luchon for some serious downhilling via the cable car lifts. There was a wide variety of skilled circuits to choose for your descent through beautiful views. The legendary Col du Tourmalet was in the same region below the Pic du Midi observatory, all just over an hours drive away! There was a games room, rope swing and tree house for young children at the gite and hire bikes were also available. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and informative.
