Additional Information : Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Luxury Leather Sofabed available for extra 2 guests, an extra supplement of £20 to cover extra linens. Normal level of cleaning included - excess cleaning charged at £20.00 per hour.

Deposits will be accepted in Sterling or Euros and can be taken by debit/credit card/PayPal
Booking Deposit: 25% of the total (or £175 if 25% is lower) Balance Paid: 8 Weeks prior to holiday along with refundable £200 security deposit required with final balance payment - (refunded 7-10 days after departure)

Please note late deals and early bargains exclude school holidays, Christmas, Easter etc. Please contact us for details of offers that may be available in these peak times.

Changeover day flexible but preferably not Sunday. If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band.

Where possible, we will accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights to accommodate golfers and weekend parties. Special prices can be arranged for long stays of 4 weeks or more - please enquire!

Had a lovely holiday, 2 guitar players played happy birthday at La Carnicero, Cancelada mking it very special for our 9 year old son. Apartment fantastic, perfect for our needs.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
