This charming and majestic house has an elevated location on the edge of Vasilikades, with delightful Greek rural village and mountain views. A five minute walk away, on the main road in Enossi, are two traditional Greek Tavernas, a cafe bar, supermarket, a corner shop selling local meat, a pharmacy and a petrol station. Vasilikades is situated on the hillside up away from the main road which runs between the sleepy fishing harbour of Assos and the hustle and bustle of Fiscardo harbour which is popular with sailing flotillas and yachts of the rich and famous. Amigdalospito is ideally placed with easy access to all of the North of Kefalonia and there are several beaches within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The famous Myrtos beach is only a 20 minutes drive away. The grounds are partly surrounded by old stone walls providing some privacy and are laid out with stone paved terraces, mature gardens with Almond, Umbrella Pine trees and an Olive, giving plenty of shade and space to sit and relax.

The main house, cottage and the pool area are surrounded by mature gardens and varying terraces.
The cottage has its own sun terrace and shaded seating area.
There is ample space with sun loungers, chairs and tables and umbrellas around the pool terrace and gardens giving various areas for seclusion and privacy. You can relax or sit and read in the shade of the many mature trees in the grounds.
The 'Aloni', ancient threshing circle, has two comfy sofas and chairs to sit and read during the morning or enjoy watching the sun go down at the end of the day.
The front breakfast terrace has a large umbrella for that late morning coffee or beer in the shade.
The house is available to B&B guests all day and there are complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the kitchen area. A drinks fridge for cool drinks and a lounge area to sit, read or work on your laptop!
There is a good library of books and there are games such as cards, chess, backgammon and Boggle which you may borrow.
Single use of a double room in low season is 30 euros.
In mid season it is 35 euros.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
