Additional information about rental rates
•A reservation deposit of £250 is required at time of booking with the balance of your holiday payable 12 weeks prior to your stay.
A damage deposit of £500 must be paid and funds cleared 2 weeks prior to your stay, this is refunded once you have checked out and the property has been inspected and passed by our property manager on the day of your departure.

Family get together for 70th Birthday celebration
There were four families that came togther to stay at his truly magnificent house, and whilst in true British style the weather wasn't very good the facilities at the house more than made up for it. Wonderful garden, great swimming pool (water a bit cold when we first arrived and a piece of glass found by the poolside), table tennis was very popular as was the tennis court and all the rooms were beautifully furnished and well maintained.
A few niggles - glass by the poolside, obviously careless previous visitors - perhaps a health & safety notice to say NO GLASS by the poolside would prevent this. We discovered this when the 7yr old in our party trod on it.
No mirrors in the bedrooms - how's a girl to do her hair!
Pool and Jacuzzi water was cold - quickly resolved by our welcome hostess.
WIFI didn't work
However, this was a wonderful place with plenty of space for all, and accommodated all ages.
