We had a very good time in your holiday home. The house was very nice and outside there was plenty of room to choose if you would likte to sit in the sun or in the shadow.
Everything we needed was in the house, although we had one wish: a dishwasher.
We had every time of the day a lovely view at the vineyards and the snowy mountains.
The first thing we found out that this was not a touristique surrounding. As Dutchman we are able to speak English en German, but that was in most of our contacts not enough, we had to speak Italian.
That was the only problem, but we had our hands and feet. What a lovely people live in this area. Friendly and always in the mood to make your stay comfortly.
So thank you for our beautiful holiday in the Abruzzen.

Arrived to perfectly blue skies and wonderful views. The house is ideally located, 30 mins from the coast and in a tranquil hilly region. The house was clean and well equipped, we were met by the owners representative who explained everything thoroughly and gave us some useful local info.
Location and description were as per the details provided, the local villages about a 5 min drive away, wonderful mountain views from the garden and a very private location.
The locals were extremely welcoming and happy to see us, I had the impression that this not an overly visited region. The local restaurants were all good, no choice in a couple but fantastic fresh food and very relaxing atmospheres....no hurrying here!
The beach at Pineto was fantastic for the children, deckchairs and shades available at reasonable rates and a sandy and shallow beach backed by a pine forest.
Local larger towns such as Atri and Penne are well worth a visit for the architecture, art and markets.
We travelled from Rome, around 2 and a half hours drive but very easy to find.
I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in tranquil surroundings.

The house was as you described on the internet. Equipped with everything you might need. We had a good time relaxing, we enjoyed sleeping long, having breakfast in front of your house with the beautiful view of the area and the mountains and exploring the area around.

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
