Seatown Cottage is a fisherman’s cottage built around 1850. Recently refurbished it provides bright and airy accommodation in a stunning location. Just a quiet road separates the cottage from the river Lossie and the bridge across to the fabulous East Beach. And Lossiemouth is in an ideal spot on the Moray Firth, not just for a beach holiday, but for touring the Malt Whisky and Castle trails, as well as longer day trips to places such as the Cairngorms National Park or Inverness and Loch Ness.
Accommodation Summary : With a large living/dining area as well as a separate lounge, a king size double and a twin room, four people can easily feel at home here. We can also provide a cot or an extra camp bed for those with young families.
Attractions There are numerous castles and historic sites of interest, ranging from Brodie, Ballindalloch and Cawdor castles, Elgin Cathedral ('the lantern of the north'), Culloden Moor Visitors Centre and Fort George. The area flanking the River Spey is rich in water and barley and it is perhaps no surprise that Moray boasts the highest concentration of malt whisky distilleries any where in the world. Many of them have visitor centres and offer a tour and a 'wee dram'. Moray also has a rich and varied natural history, ranging from the Cairngorm mountains in the South to the picturesque fishing villages and beaches along the Moray Firth to the North. If you are lucky you may spot some of the Moray Firth's resident dolphin population!

Seatown cottage is a loverly place, the location so close to the beach was perfect for unwinding and taking the dogs for walks. The cottage itself was stunning with all the little niceties that made for a relaxing stay, I must say thankyou for the welcome pack we found in the fridge. Will certainly be coming back.

What a great week we've had in Seatown Cottage - I've been coming to Lossie since I was a child and can honestly say this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. The two TVs were great as the World Cup was on! Comfiest bed I've slept in for a while. The views are amazing - can't believe I could see my favourite town from the shower! Superb accommodation, superb location - even my teenage daughter had a ball! have already booked to come back next year. Alison, Stuart, Lorna and Andrew Cairns

Seatown cottage and its position to the sea and river are ideal. The cottage is very well laid out and has everything in it that's wanted. I have never slept in a bed so comfortable. This is the first time we have had a holiday in Scotland and have thoroughly enjoyed the whole time there. There is an immense number of things to do, and look forward to coming back. Well done and many thanks to Wendy and Colin

Just back from a week in Seatown Cottage and we absolutely loved it! It's a great cottage in a great location - right on the beach! Perfect little home from home! It has everything you could need - kitchen is fully equiped, great shower, comfy bed, plenty of space, wi-fi, DVDS, books, everything! We have recommended it to everyone we know and will definitely be back!

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
