This lovely one bedroom apartment is situated in the very heart of Coveta Fuma, ideal if you donοΏ½t have a car. The property is fully equipped with all the basics required for a comfortable holiday. Air-conditioning is available for an addition euros 50 per week. An additional single folding bed is available for an additional 50 euros per week,
Accommodation Summary : Bedroom with double bed and mosquito net. Separate shower room and separate toilet. The lounge has a ceiliing fan and a double sofa bed. The large terrace has a ceiling fan, outside lighting, sun blinds and great views of Coveta Fuma village.
Air-conditioning is not normally required as the property is very airy - even in August. Air-conditioning is available to rent for an additional 50 per week - payable on arrival, if required. One air-conditioning until only, in the living area.
Property is available for long term bookings in the winter season - Euros 400 per month + utilities. Please enquire for further information and pricing.

Your rental is subject to a security/deposit payment of 150. This will be returned to you, in cash, on the day of your departure.
The arrival time for entrance into the apartment is 15:00hrs and your departure before 11:00 - flexible, subject to other people arriving and departing. if necessary, I have storage facilities available for your luggage in my secure office, close to the apartment
The local tram which goes along the coastline from Alicante to Denia - perfect for days out. Please note: there are no banks in Coveta Fuma. The nearest is in El Campello.
La Perla is just a short walk to all local amenities including the local plaza/square with its bars, restaurants and children's play area. The supermarket, open for a few hours morning and evening Monday to Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
