The Villa has been beautfully restored by local architects and furnished authentically so that every room is a pleasure to be in. It is spacious and yet there are many intimate corners so that even a large group can be accommodated without any loss of privacy.The garden is extensive with several poolside areas, and it is possible to take your pick of 4 or 5 areas for outside dining.
The villa is situated on the edge of a small village, close to the amenities of the city of Spoleto, with a local shop and bar.
Secure parking is available for 8 - 10 cars and the pool is safely enclosed.
The area is rich in history, many local hill towns, including Assisi, Norcia and Montefalco and good restaurants are in abundance.
Trout fishing, golf, go karting, country walks, river rafting and cantinas for winetasting are all within easy reach.
Accommodation Summary : The bedrooms are large and can mostly accommodate 3 - 4. They can be made up with double or twin beds as required.
There is a large fully appointed kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 2 sinks, a microwave and a freezer.
There are also two washing machines available for the use of guests.
Spoleto was a city in Roman times and there is a good museum and a Roman theatre to visit. Assisi was the birthplace of St Francis and is an inspiring place to this day.
The Marmore Falls we created by the Romans in the Val de Nera close to Terni. Montefalco is the centre of the local wine industry and there are many cantinas open for tasting.
Perugia is a university city built on Etruscan foundations with stunning views across the valley and a memorable cathedral and central Piazza.
In the Villa we have information about local restaurants we recommend.
There is a public bus from the village of Eggi to Spoleto several times a day.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
