Our second floor apartment is ideally located for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. It is only 5 minutes by bus from Princes Street, The Royal Mile and the Playhouse Theatre (or an approximately 15 minute walk).
There is free parking just round the corner of the apartment in the side streets.
Accommodation Summary : The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating area, dining area, 42” flat screen TV, radio alarm clock and internet computer with broadband connection. Books, various board games and toys are provided for use by guests.
The modern kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and various kitchen gadgets.
There is one bedroom with a luxurious Super King Size Four Poster bed, one twin bedroom and a comfortable luxurious double sofa bed in the living room, providing sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are included in the rental and changed on a weekly basis. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by prior arrangement.
The bathroom has a toilet, roll-top bath and power shower.

At Hogmanay (31st December) minimum 5 nights stay with minimum rental fee of £625 includes street party passes, breakfast pack and bottle of Champagne.
Payment via bank transfer (no additional fees but check with your bank as they may charge for transfer from non UK countries) or by credit card via PayPal or Google Checkout (4% surcharge).
We charge a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. If your arrival is within 6 weeks of booking, the balance is due on booking.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
