OUTSIDE 11.5 by 5.5 private heated swimming pool, sunloungers parasols 2 tables with chairs and barbeque. The pool is enclosed and has an alarm which complies with French laws. Large enclosed courtyard, table seats 12, barbeque, accessed from kitchen, lounge and TV room. Extensive lawned and wooded area for children to play ball games and explore or just run amock. Ornamental garden with pond, vegetable garden to harvest for own use as produce is available. Many tranquil areas for reading and quiet contemplation.
