Rates for apartment are per week / per night in UK Pounds Sterling. Minimum booking period is 3-5 nights unless otherwise arranged. A laundry surcharge of 10% will be applied if using both beds. ie. 4 people.
Discounts available for long term lets of 3 months or more. (£299 per week incl.) For long lets, a refundable deposit of £1,500 is required and rent is to be paid 2 months in advance.
For bookings, paid in full , 3 months in advance a 5 % discount will be offered.

Week-end rates are Friday & Saturday nights, as these are days off in Dubai, with the working week in UAE starting on a Sunday.

A wonderful apartment situated in a key location. With Shaikh Zayed Road a stones throw away and Dubai Marina Mall across the road, the location couldnt have been better. Everything we needed was available. Kitchen appliances and plates etc. An iron even! Security was very helpful when we needed. The apartment was clean, well decorated, and well equipped for tourists with magazines and ideas galore. Definately reccomend booking it!

A great location, modern apartments with great service. Close to Dubai Marina. I would really recommend it. Stayed with my friends between 8 Nov-16 Nov 2009, and had great fun. Recommend and will return again

We found the apartment to be well-maintained and clean and there was everything we needed to hand.
The apartment is situated in a good location,near Sheik Zayed Road and Dubai marina
The nearest metro station will be opening any day now so this will improve transport links.We recommend using the metro and or taxis as we hired a car and found it quite stressful.
We would definately recommend this property.
