La Grange is a restored barn, converted into two houses that are situated in their own grounds in the small hamlet of Lolivarie, close to the Dordogne River in the South West of France.
The property overlooks an 18 hole golf course, so ideal for golfing parties.
Accommodation Summary : Each House sleeps 7οΏ½ 9 people and has three bedrooms, so the barn will sleep up to 18 people.
On the Ground Floor of each house there are three Bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk in Shower
The three bedrooms consists of one room with a double bed, one room with three single beds (the left side house has bunk beds & a single bed in this room) and a further room with twin beds.
The Upper Floor of each house is one large room with a high oak-beamed ceiling.
Both Fully Fitted Kitchens have the following: Electric Double Oven, Gas hob, Microwave Oven, Two Fridges, Freezer, Dishwasher.
The washing machine, ironing board & iron are located in the utility room at the end of the building.
There is also a dining area and a seating area with Sky TV, DVD & Video, as well as a Hi-Fi with CD Player.
Rates for the whole building outside the main season are as follows, Jan to March £ 1200, April to May £ 1500, June and Sept £ 1700, Oct to Dec £ 1200. Change over is Sat to Sat but special requests will be considered. All linen is included. Towels can be provided at an additional cost of £ 3 per person per week.

Just to say that we had a fantastic time at la grange for our holiday 2 weeks from 22 July
Absolutely fantastic location, with fabulous facilities and great space both indoors and outdoors
Enjoyed being sat out in the front under the shade of the trees on warm days. Golf club has a small bar which is within walking distance and in a lovely setting and is v reasonably priced on both food and drink

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
