All houses are furnished to a high standard, with fully equipped fitted kichens.
All houses have terraces with patio furniture, dishwashers and washing machines, tv, dvd player and stereo.
In the superb 3 acres of enclosed gardens are a communal bbq area, swings, sunken trampoline and a children's cabin. There is a games room and a table-tennis barn, and we offer a selection of bicycles for our guests use.
The 10m X 5m pool is walled, with a self-closing lockable gate.

Places of interest. It is just over an hours drive to the city of Poitiers, which has a great range of shops and Futuroscope, the theme park of the moving image. Valley of the Monkeys is an excellent day out for younger families; it is about 45 minutes drive. Tours are available of the silver mines at Melle, 20 minutes away. It is an hour and a half to the city of La Rochelle, which has a large marina and a great aquarium. There are many excellent beaches near La Rochelle, especially those on Ile de Ré. The town of Cognac, home of brandy producers such as Remy Martin and Hennessy, is also within a 60-minute drive. The Marais Poitevin has a labyrinth of canals which can be explored by boat. The weather in this region is exceptionally good, benefiting from the microclimate of the Vendée coast, which has France’s second highest number of sunshine hours per annum after the Côte d’Azur.
