For your convenience well lit secure off road private parking is provided and garden/patio area with children\'s swings for guests use. Three highly appointed bedrooms are all ensuite with shower and are equipped with Digital TV. The comfortable beds are fully sprung and are zip lock equipped to enable each room to be single, twin or superkingsize. Under floor heating and sound insulation adds further comfort. All rooms have blackout curtain linings. One bedroom is situated at ground floor level to assist our less abled guests. One bedroom is available as a family room. All towels and linen are provided as is hairdryer and beverage facilities. Enjoy an Aga cooked breakfast using local produce looking out over the Saddleworth countryside. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
