We could not believe our luck when we arrived at the villa and saw the quality of what we had booked. The owner has an eye for style and class that's for sure! We thoroughly enjoyed the break and as the villa was detached, we appreciated the privacy. On the development were a whole host of amenities like a shop, restuarant, tennis and even horse riding. There was a high end hotel (Marriott) close by and we indulged in some beauty treatments but were so pleased to go back to the villa to enjoy our tranquil haven. It was conveniently located for that short drive for Denia and Xabia for all those wonderful restaurants. I am booked to go again later this year (2011) and can't wait to get there!

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
