Table and 4 chairs on the covered 2nd floor balcony/patio with beautiful view overlooking the pool and clubhouse. It is on the 2nd floor of three with lift access.
We have supplied a pack n play crib/travel cot and also a highchair for your use FREE of charge. There is also a small selection of toys, books, games and DVD's.
We provide a hair dryer and plenty of towels and bed linen.
For your families safety the condo is fitted with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. There is also a safe for you to keep your families more valuable items.
There is ample free car parking available next to the condo.
All rates include Tax and Cleaning on stays of 7 nights or more. Stays of less than 7 nights incur a $80/£50 cleaning fee. A 20% deposit secures your reservation with the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival at the condo. Payment is accepted by cheque/check or online via Paypal. If using PayPal a 4% admin fee will be applied to cover PayPal charges.

Resort with many free amenities All the community facilities are free for you to use, we have the large heated (during winter months) swimming pool with comfy sun loungers, tables and chairs with ample space to sunbathe.
There is a covered heated Jacuzzi/spa for you to relax after a long day at the parks.
Or why not send the children to the games room equipped with a full size pool table, table soccer and wireless internet access.
You could spend some time relaxing at the Resort Clubhouse with its seating area and 42 inch plasma TV.
If however youre feeling energetic, why not try the fitness room or the volleyball court.
Our Local management company are available to provide any help and assistance to ensure that your stay at our condo is a happy one and you return year after year.
Golf Courses Golfers are spoilt for choice with the abundance of championship golf courses that are in this region; our nearest golf course is Champions Gate Golf Club with its World renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy and its Greg Norman design golf course.
Florida is a golfers paradise with over 150 superb courses within an hours drive.
Other challenging courses within minutes of our home include Highlands Reserve, Ridgeway Lakes, Providence, Orange Lake and Mystic Dunes.
For those wanting a bit of fun there are plenty of places along the US-192 for a game of crazy golf.
We are keen Golfers ourselves and can supply you with lots of information about the local courses and websites for reduced green fees.

We had a wonderful 2nd stay at Mel & Marks condo at Terrace Ridge.There is so many things to do close by.Vary easy to get to the theme parks. Lots of vary good places to eat close by lots of vary good shopping a short drive away. The area by the condo is quite vary little traffic noise. The condo is vary well supplied and clean.The pool and hot tub are vary nice we enjoyed our stay vary much and will be returning agin in 2012. we recommend it for a great vacation in florida Mel & Mark are vary nice to rent from.

Having read all of the positive reviews posted here before booking, naturally our expectation level was set at a very high level, even so, the condo more than lived up to it's billing.
It is very generously proportioned, extremely well equipped and we found it in absolutely immaculate condition upon arrival. I don't think that the photos fully convey the size of the rooms and I really can not think of any way to fault the place.
We stayed for two weeks to take our daughter to Disney and found the short commute there from the condo very quick as it was mostly traffic free.
The whole booking process was painless as Mark and Mel answered all of our queries quickly and efficiently.
So all that is left to say is that we would be delighted to stay there again in the future and many thanks to Mark Mel and family.

Well appointed, very comfortable condo providing everything we needed for the holiday. Very close to the Disney parks and the I4 allows access within 20 -30 mins to SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios as well as all the Shopping Malls. Golfers are in paradise with some of the best courses within 5 minutes and a whole range of others within a 30minute driving range. Supermarket within 1 minute for everything you might need and a variety of restaurants just 10mins drive on the 192. If you want to venture further a field the excellent nearby road network takes you to all points of the compass in a short time e.g. Tampa Bay is only 50mins drive.
We were provided with plenty of information before we left home to ensure our stay was off to a good start and a contact whilst we were there.
Thanks Mel & Mark, we'll certainly be back.

Beautiful condo overlooking pool, kids loved the spongebob bedroom. Has everything you need home from home. 10 mins to disney, 1 min to Supermarket, Pharmacy, Gas station. Great golf courses locally. Owners very helpful. Would definetky recommend. Hope to come back next year.

Our stay at this condo has been very enjoyable. the unit was clean and well maintained. The owners where very nice to deal with and very acomadating and made us feel they wanted our stay to be the best it could be. The condo was well supplied with linens and kitchen utinsels. The pool and club house are kept up very nice It is located close to all the attractions and to good shopping and restaurants we will recommend this condo to freinds looking for a place in this area. We plan on coming back next year

It was comfortable, safe and peaceful! The condo had all the necessities! The owners were very kind and helpful. We usually stay at the Westin, Marriot or Hyatt. This first expeirence with staying at condo persuaded us to do it again! I just hope our next condo reservation in the Carribean will be as impressive as this one. I recommend it and next time we visit Florida, we will plan to stay longer!

A great Condo in a good location. A car is essential as you aren't near any restaurants but this was not a problem for us.Very clean and well presented. Had all items you could possibly need.
The clubhouse and pool were wonderful. My young children loved the pool.
The owners were great and very helpful.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and hopefully use again myself
