Secluded and Charming Direct Oceanfront Holiday Condo
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located in a private quadroplex, direct oceanfront. We're on a lovely secluded beach at the south end of town, about 10 miles south of Port Canaveral. Living room, dining, and kitchen area is direct oceanfront with large windows and french doors. Large balcony outside with lounge chairs and table for eating outside. Living room has hi-definition TV with DVD, cable and DVR recording, and wireless Internet. Both bedrooms have TVs with cable access. One bedroom with connecting bathroom has a double bed and twin bed; walk in closet. Second bedroom has queen bed. Second bathroom has tub and shower. Our home is tastefully decorated with nice furnishings and artwork, high quality linens, well stocked kitchen, etc. We supply it all, from beach chairs and beach towels to paper products, laundry and dish detergents, etc!

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
