Silverwood Villa is a detached 5 bed / 3 bath home with large,(30' x 15') private pool on Silver Creek, Clermont. Situated just off HWY 27, north of HWY 192, it is only a 15 min. drive from Disney, and close to all amenities.
The villa has 2 Master bedrooms, both having en-suite bathrooms, hairdryers and TV's making it ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. We also have a Double bedroom & 2 Twin bedrooms which share the family bathroom. One of the twins has a "Nemo" theme for young children, and has a TV, PS2 and games.
In the garage area you will find a games room with table tennis/pool table, electronic dartboard & air hockey game.

The patio doors leading out to the pool area have extra child alarms fitted which sound each time the doors are opened. The pool can be heated if required and is recommended between November and March. Luxurious sun loungers are provided and ready for your relaxation by the pool, with a towel rail to dry your wet swimwear etc. There is a covered lanai (patio) for those who prefer some shade, complete with patio table and chairs (extra chairs can be found in the garage) plus a light and ceiling fan for dining "Al Fresco" on your return from the Theme Parks.
We have recently installed a games room within the garage area, with a full size, slate bed pool table which can also be converted for table tennis by the addition of a separate table top. An electronic dart board and air hockey game complete the facilities.
There is also a children's playground a few hundred yards away.
The pool can be heated at a charge of £100 per week or £15 per day.
All towels and linen (with extra sets) are provided for use within the villa, however, we would ask that you bring your own Beach towels for use around the pool etc.
