"Fantastic hosts and a great place to stay!"
Casa Tersalle was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the rural Italian experience. The farmhouse itself is 300+ years old, in the middle of a working farm and has been authentically restored to retain the charm of the old world, but with all the modern bathroom/kitchen necessities - fully self-contained with everything you need. You can take it as easy or as busy as suits your own holiday style. Located within 15 mins of lots of centuries-old little walled hilltop towns to explore as well as larger towns with full services, shops etc. Within 1-2 hours from all the major Tuscan and Umbrian tourist town/sights. So much to see and do and lots of interesting history to absorb. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by to eat out and a great little supermarket with a local "character" (Marcello) who is really friendly and welcoming to "out of towners". Rob and Jane were fantastic hosts, always available when needed to provide advice, assistance and they even invited us for a few meals! More like great neighbours or friends than just accommodation providers. They also helped us sort out a few little traveller's problems like how to buy a new non-contract mobile phone in a small town when you don't speak Italian! We'll certainly be keeping in touch and hope some day to return! Highly recommended.

"Great place to stay and great folk to stay with"
Just had a great time at Casa Tersalle. Beautiful location, very authentic Umbrian accomodation and Rob and Jane were terrific. We needed the space to shut ourselves away to recover from a crazy few weeks work, but then also really valued their advice and input. Great guys and great insight into Umbrian/Tuscan life. The nearby town of Monterchi was fascinating and only a little further afield Anghiari and Assisi are awesome. Terrific value for money and thoroughly recommended.

"Charming hosts,comfortable accommodation"
The house was very well equipped. The kitchen very functional, the bathroom new and big, and a lovely lounge room with stunning views. Information on the website was extremely accurate. Rob and Jane were always willing to give advice and were there if anything was needed from information to friendship. We enjoyed their company and their sharing of local knowledge. The week spent here allowed us to explore the lovely region and the house was a spacious and cosy place to return to at the end of a day of adventure.

A wonderfully spacious house in a beautiful location. We were there mainly for the walking, but we also visited Perugia and Florence, as well as regular visits to the nearby towns of San Sepulcro and Citta di Castello. This is the Upper Tiber valley, very near to, arguably, Italy's heartland - Saint Francis, Piero della Francesca, Perugino, Pinturicchio - and this leaves out all the Florence Renaissance people!

"Delightful escape to tranquility"
We had an amazing time with Rob and Jane who provided an excellent stay in the Tardis of the guest house. The local scenery is beautiful with some lovely walks nearby. Local restaurants provided a wonderful selection of pizza and pasta dishes with a couple of hidden gems providing magnificent views over the Tiber Valley. Would recommend the stay to anyone who wants a bit of escapism within easy reach of many towns and villages for a day of sight seeing or two. Thanks again.

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
