Mickey's Magical Villa, Fantastic three bedroom villa with south facing pool

Located perfectly for visiting Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, our fantastic 3-bedroom, 2 bath pool home is situated in Chatham Park, just 10 minutes from Disney and just a couple minutes away from the attraction-packed Hwy 192.

Our home sleeps up to 6 persons, and offers full aircon , digital cable tv in three rooms , washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Disney room ,games room , Free wifi , free baby euipment , Our south facing large screened in private pool has a lake view and is not overlooked by negibouring villas. Pool deck has a table and chairs for having meals outside, chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun and large electric grill


We have a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, and bedding are included.

Chatham Park is also a security community,and offers tennis and basketball courts plus childrens playground

Disney world just ten mniutes away , seaworld just 15 minutes away and universal just twenty minutes away .With in walking distance you will find an array of resturants , shops , supermarkets and family attractions such as go karts and mini golf .
 

Just a short walk you will be on the 192 which is the main tourist route , here you will find the lynx bus service which can be used to get to Disney world .

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
