It's the perfect place for those wishing to spend time in the French alps and it is only 20 minutes drive to Italy and Switzerland!

Other: Out door hot tub for 6. Computer room - with computer and wifi. Table football, playstation 2.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels included and changed weekly. Cleaning is an extra cost but is available daily or twice weekly and on the day of departure.
Outdoor hot tub.
Parking space for 4 cars in front of the chalet.

Chamonix has an 18 hole golf course set in stunning surroundings.
Skiing
600m walk to the nearest ski lift. Perfectly situated in the middle of the Chamonix valley's 5 ski resorts
Special interest holidays
We have a lot of experience in organising walks and treks with local guides or trekking guides and the valley is an ideal place for mountain biking. You can also take part in the following activities: Horse riding, white water rafting, outdoor activities park, canyoning, paraponting (jumping off the top of a mountain with a parachute - and Guide!) climbing, local swimming pool with toboggan, ice rink.

We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
