The Villa is an old country residence settled on an estate of 26,000 sq m, a large and secret garden paradise containing groves of olive, and many others trees, the beach is just 200m away, directly accessible by a pathway through the gardens. It is located just 6 km from the historic centre of the
charming, age-old Norman town of Cefalu, and combines the natural scenic beauty and peacefulness of the countryside with direct access to the sea.
The Villa is very quiet and peaceful for most of the year, although in the summertime the beach attracts many visitors for its natural beauty, its soft sands and its safe bathing: this is Salinelle beach, among the most scenically beautiful of Cefalu. The area offers markets, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, beach lidos, to mention just a few of the offerings available.
The proprietor, who lives on the estate, is very happy to meet all of your needs to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing!

Grounds Outside the house is an expansive wisteria pergola, underneath which is a large family-size table made in artisan brickwork, and a barbecue is located nearby, in the shade of a pathway of pine trees.
On returning from the beach, you can enjoy an external shower served by hot water and there is a traditional-style stone basin for washing or rinsing small items.
Around the Villa you will have a large and secret garden paradise of 26.000 sq m containing groves of olive, orange and lemon, with trees of pine, cypress and palm, fruit trees such as mulberry and lotus, fig, apricot and banana trees and not least our abundant vines.
The winter months of October and November are a time to discover the rustic delights of ancient traditions such as the olive harvest, and our utterly authentic olive oil will be directly available for you to taste.
More With our home-made limoncello and our jams made using the fruits which you can freely gather yourselves, you will rediscover the simple pleasures of ingredients prepared at home.
From the house, you can hear the sea-waves: the beach is just 200m away, directly accessible by a pathway through the gardens.

Charming and romantic restaurants abound, both here and in the neighbouring towns and villages, offering the finest traditional Sicilian food and wine, both of high quality and value.
During the high summer season the area which attracts many visitors as do all of the fine beaches of Cefalu, offers a full array of enjoyable recreational activities, and the low season is a time to appreciate the peace and quiet of the countryside, which you will have all to yourselves.
Within easy reach of a variety of sports facilities such as tennis, golf, horse-riding etc, under 5 km away. At a large nearby hotel, you can avail of a water park and a wellness centre.
