Indipendent house on two levels,direct at the beach (just 30 meters with confortable stairs to the beach!-sand and rock-) situated in a tranquil, nice place on a beautiful beach (sand and stone beach, very good for little children, too). Three bedrooms, two bathrooms + a shower in the garden, private parking, out-side place for dinner and relax. From each bedroom and from the large living-room you can see the sea!!The beach is only 30 meters from the house. Our house is easily reachable from Palermo-airport (30 min Punta Raisi Airport- Ryanair). Next to Nature Reserve Park "Lo Zingaro" (great for swimming or walking), next to Segesta and Selinunte (ancient Greek archeological ruins). In 30 min to Trapani from where daily trips to Mozia, Egadi Islands are possible. Also a trip to Agrigento with its Valley of the Temples is not to loose. The house offers 3 bedrooms, very large and light livning-room, large and confortable kitchen, terrace, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, large outdoor-space with table, chairs and barbique, also a out-door shower, in front of the beach, automatic gate + private car parking-place. The location is quiet and surrounded by green vegetable but at the same time next to shops, restaurants and pizzeria. (5-10 min walking)

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
