Villa Baciano is the nineteenth-century villa with an Italian garden of approximately 2,600 square metres arranged around a central fountain from which four gravelled alleys lead to so many entrances. The villa of 450 square metres includes two drawing rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a television set, 4 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms able to accommodate approximately 13 persons. From the drawing room with the fireplace on the raised first floor one goes down to the park, which includes a 8x12 metre swimming pool with changing room, shower and toilet. On the north side of the villa there is a paved courtyard, bordered and sheltered by buildings on all sides. A carriageway affords access. This was once the administrative centre of the entire hamlet, with cellars, granaries, oil press and oven, in addition to the home of the fattore or farm manager, now restored and an integral part of the complex available to the clientele (for another 4 persons).

Just a quick note to thank you for the 'loan'of your wonderful house.
The week all 13 of us shared (last week) was the best we have had during the 30 years we have been travelling together.
Please pass our thanks to all who help you deliver such a good product.

We are a group of 13 adults who stayed for a week in September 2010 at Borgo di Baciano. We have holidayed together for 32 years, of which, the last 9 years are as a group of adults only, as the children are all now grown up. Therefore we have had a lot of experience with large properties and this is by far the best property we have ever stayed at in terms of: equal sized bedrooms and four large bathrooms, although unfortunately the layout meant that 5 bedrooms shared 2 bathrooms, though this was not a problem. There is a large dining room with plenty of space and matching sets of crockery, cutlery and glasses, which is a delight and very rare. The kitchen is well equipped with large pots and pans, plenty of kitchen tools and knives, an additional large cooker in the second kitchen, enough tea towels and hand towels, a large barbecue and a great wood burning oven. The walled garden area where the swimming pool is located is beautifully kept and includes enough sun beds for everyone, pool towels and an adjacent shower room / toilet. There is also tables and chairs outside so you can enjoy an el fresco lunch under the shade of the trees. The property is looked after with great care and attention and is kept very clean by the staff Alessandra employs. It was a delight to be met by Eugenia who gave us a guided tour and answered all our questions and was readily available on the phone if we had any queries or wanted advice on local restaurants, butchers etc. She recommended the market and festival taking place in Subbiano on the Sunday which we went to and it was brilliant; busy, noisy, vibrant, and colourful and was a wonderful introduction to the area and its people.
We had a wonderful week. Thank you

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
