Palomba is a large farmhouse built of local sandstone and overlooking a wooded valley. We have restored the apartment very simply, keeping it uncluttered, comfortable and fresh. The accommodation is on two floors. A veranda leads into the well-equipped kitchen/dining room, with granite worktop and antique oak table. This leads into the living room with sofas and wood-burning stove. One bedroom is downstairs, with twin beds and an antique chest of drawers; a corridor leads to a terrace room, a favourite place to eat breakfast whilst enjoying the view. Upstairs are a wood-floored double bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment contains lots of books, games, and local information. Outside, enjoy eating al fresco on the veranda, laze away the days reading or dreaming in the shady garden, or take a stroll along one of the paths leading from the property. Swimming pool Guests are offered unlimited use of our neighbouring agriturismo's lovely swimming pool on payment of a small weekly supplement (€50 per 2 people per week). The agriturismo's private restaurant is also open to our guests.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
