We have a lovely two bed-roomed ground floor apartment to let. Our apartment has a large south west facing terace with a partial view of the mountains. Situated on a small quiet complex which has a lovely communal pool with a shallow childrens area, just a few metres from the apartment. A twenty minute walk takes you into the lively town centre and a few more minutes to the beautiful clean beaches
Accommodation Summary : We have two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with twin beds. There is a small sofabed in the living room suitable for a child. The spacious living/dining room has seating and dining for four. We have a large screen TV with satellite, A DVD player with a good selection of DVD's. There's a separate kitchen with dish washer, fridge/freezer etc. There is a large sunny terrace with a large table and six chairs, plus sunbeds and parasols.
Places to Visit The Costa Blanca offers miles of beautiful beaches, breathtaking mountain scenery, traditional Spanish towns, fiestas and many interesting places to see.
Visit Moraira with its lovely sandy beaches and popular street market (lining the streets every evening during the summer months) or the old town of Altea with it's cobbled streets, white-washed buildings and numerous restaurants.
A twenty minute drive takes you to Benidorm where you'll find Aqualandia, a great waterpark for all ages and Mundamar, a wild life park. Terramitica theme park can also be found a short distance from Benidorm. Drive inland to Guadelest, a fortress perched high on a craggy rock. The castle village, reached through a tunnel, has lots of craft and souvenir shops, cafιs and museums. You can take a tour around the inside of the castle.
Bars, Restaurants etc Calpe has some great restaurants offering Spanish, Austrian, Dutch, German and French cuisine. Calpe Steakhouse is one of our favourites. As for cafes and bars there are too many to mention, Coconuts and Tequila's are great beach side bars. The Texas Bar is a good night out, Rob, the owner plays guitar and sings country, rock every night.
Transport Our apartment is about 1 kilometre away from the railway station, regular trains will take you to Alicante or Valencia, word of warning it isn't fast. Taxi's readily available from Alicante airport and also around Calpe. There is also a bus service into Alicante and Alicante Airport. We've travelled on the airport bus, excellent reliable service!

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
