JUST LIKE HOME! We have tried to HOME FROM HOME: We have tried to make the Penthouse as comfortable as possible like a private home. So, we include bedlinen, house towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, some tourist information, some fiction books, Games and a selection of DVD films.
Change of linen and towels is provided weekly.
WELCOME PACK : on check-in there is tea, coffee, milk, water and a bottle of wine! so that you are comfortable when you check-in.
Recommended for couples and small family groups. The house is NO SMOKING so, please smoke outside the houses.

Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total rental price must be made within 5 days to secure a booking and the balance must be paid 6 weeks before check-in at the accommodation.
Bookings made within less than 6 weeks of check-in: when a booking is made within less than 6 weeks before check-in, the total payment is required within 5 days and it is non-refundable.
Communication of cancellation: clients wishing to cancel must communicate this in writing immediately to the managers of the property.

Hire Car or not & 'New' wireless Internet access NEW wireless internet access is available and a NEW satellite TV system.
Hire car or not? We recommend a hire car and to collect when you arrive at the airport. But, some of our clients do not want a hire-car for the whole holiday or to drive. One solution is we can pick 2 people up at the airport and return clients to the airport for 35 Euro each journey. Also, we can offer lifts to some of the attractions including white sand beaches at Calheta and other places such as the start of walks for a reasonable fee per kilometre.
Paul do Mar plenty to do & nothing far away!: The village has a small supermarket bakery restaurants bank & medical centre.
Popular activities in & around the village are: LEVADA FOREST COASTAL WALKS. FISHING from both land & small boats, SWIMMING, SNORKELLING & SURFING. Paul quite flat for Madeira is easy to walk around, roller-skate & cycle.
There are many FESTAS & the streets are alive with different languages as emigrants return home for a well-earnt holiday with family and friends! FREE SWIMMING is easy from certain points including the lagoon next to the harbour.
NOTHING IS FAR AWAY! In Calheta town (10 minutes drive away) is a marina where DOLPHIN WHALE WATCHING BIG GAME fishing boats operate from Calheta, FREE WHITE SAND BEACHES, International Art Centre CASA DAS MUDAS which stages performances & exhibitions small shopping centres and a supermarket. The village is well located and connected by the new fast roads. From Ribeira Brava there's easy access to the north.
