Large villa with sea views in Calheta, Madeira - Very private
The villa is situated above the pretty village of Arco Calheta. The colonel style house has a large garden full of tropical plants, and palms its walled surround gives it an air of peace with a private atmosphere.The swimming pool area of the self catering unit has lots of room to relax sunbath, read listen to music, or just chill out! We are only 3.0 kilometers from the sandy beach, and marina of Calheta with its bars, and restaurants, or a 20 minute drive into the main town of Funchal, and (historic old quarter). The owner has a 40 feet fishing boat with a licence to take cusomers fishing, whale, and dolphin watching, or jusy enjoy a sunset cruise along the coast. Calheta is close to the mountains where Madeiras famous Navada walks can be found, or 35 minutes from the golf courses. The villa has a full Licence and Insurance.
Accommodation Summary : We have three bedrooms all en suite,
two are with double beds the other has two singles. There are to more fold up beds available.

Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
