Our luxury villa has three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms,a fully equipped kitchen with integral appliances and utility area. The lounge has a plasma tv with sky, offering plenty of english channels and a playstation 2 which also plays dvds and cds. Books and games are also provided.There is wireless internet access either used with pre paid vouchers or payable online.There is a double settee and three seater settee, table and chairs plus ceiling fan.There are two bedrooms upstairs,The master has a king size bed,and a balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the pool and bay of Caleta, plus a remote controlled ceiling fan. Bedroom two has bunk beds and a single bed, a ceiling fan , a tv / dvd player, and large balcony with table and chairs offering mountain views.There is a bathroom with full sized bath and shower over, wc and bidet.
Downstairs is bedroom 3, which has a double bed, a ceiling fan and mountain views.There is a second bathroom with half sized bath with shower over and wc.
For your peace of mind there is a safe fitted to store your valuables in.
Prices are per property for 4 persons, extra persons are charged at £15 per person per week.
A security deposit of £100 is required on arrival and refunded on departure if no breakages or damages occur.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
