modern 3 bedroom house with Shared Swimming Pool

The house actually has three bedrooms, but may be rented as a two or three bedroom house. If rented as a two bedroom then the downstairs bedroom and en-suite are locked. Guest Remarks: Hi Anthony, Just writing to let you know we had a wonderful time, we loved your house, its clean, airy and the location is excellent, wished we'd gone for two weeks now as it felt like home from home, I suffer from terrible home sickness, this is the first time ever that I didn't want to come home from a foreign holiday and kept putting off the packing. Your property managers were extremely efficient, helpful and polite. I have filed your details as we had such a good time we may return next year if you're still renting out. A well equipped house in a very safe complex

We spent a week in the house in January 08 with our two children. The house had everything we needed including a very private separate third bedroom with en suite, perfect for teenagers or if you are travelling with another couple. There is garage parking attached to the house if required, with direct access into the house.
There are ample loungers/seats outside on the terrace, which leads, via a gate, onto the complex which has a good sized pool. The complex is gated and locked at the front and rear of the properties, with access restricted to guests only.
The resort itself was relatively quiet when we visited, with some excellent places to eat. The house was a short walk from a very good beach and about a 15 minute walk from a large supermarket and shopping centre, although there were plenty of smaller supermarkets close by for the essentials.

Comments We have just returned from a week in the apartment and we were very impressed indeed. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean and tidy. Great location with only a short walk into the centre. The weather was beautiful, which was a great surprise being February. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is very clean also. Very highly recommended for anyone, from couples to families. We would re-book tomorrow.

Perfect accomodation

Just like to say had a fantastic 2 weeks in your accomodation, just as described, the house was perfect. (home from home) Complex clean and spacious. The location excellent, close to everything.
Family of five 2 adults, 3 children. Enjoyed so much got friends and ourselves booked up for next year.

Great place to stay

Villa was lovely, very clean and had everything you need. Pool really lovely and clean, gardens well looked after. Beach easy walking distance about 5 mins. Plenty of really nice places to eat out all within 5 mins walking distance, it is a flat area so nice easy walking. We stayed 11 July 2009 for a week and would definitely go again, the area is lovely with friendly people, we would highly recommend this. Good customer service from owner by email and phone and Dwayne was easily contacted when you are out there if you need him, he looks after the property.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you.
