Only 5 minutes walk to the supermarkets and Marina with all services (restaurants, bars, pubs, chemistry, diving schools, boat rentals, water park for children, mini golf, karting, etc). Only 5 minutes walk to the famous calas (beaches) Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch. You can swim in the sea right in front the house (just as little as 30 steps and you are in the water literally). Just in front of the property complex there is a lovely footstep that goes around the sea front and you can walk, go running, etc. and see the lovely calas, the lighthouse and the best sunsets in the Island. Just 300m away you will see the Cala N Bosch Marina, where is plenty of nice restaurants, bars, waterpark for children and plenty of day and nightlife, ideal for having fun during your stay. Also you can hire there cars, bikes, pushbikes, boats to go around the calas on your own, go fishing, excursions for diving and snorkeling and many more things... as you can see there is a lot of things to have fun there...
