The villa has 3 levels. On entering the villa, the ground floor main living areas are accessed, with the kitchen, dining area and sitting room all open plan. There are 3 patio doors leading to the sun aqnd dining patio at the rear of the house.
The ground floor also has 1 shower room and 1 twin bedroom
On the first floor are double bedroom and second twin bedrooms, (Double with air con) and both have a balcony to enjoy the sun. There is also a house bathroom.

To the rear of the house is a large patio area. Half the area is shaded with a wooden roof, whilst the other half can be used for sunbathing and has sun loungers. The patio is also large enough for al freso dining and has a BBQ. This area is enclosed making it perfectly safe for children to play
Upper bedrooms have balconies and furniture to enjoy the early morning or late afternoon sun as well as the panoramic terrace situated on the 3rd floor.
The villa is surrounded by a small lawned area, but this is not enclosed.
