The apartment benefits from the shared pool, with a shallow pool perfect for the children and a jacuzzi. Coffee shop open in high season. Leading from the living room and kitchen is a large wrap around balcony on three sides with BBQ, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. A spiral staircase leads to a private roof terrace with sun beds.
With one twin bedroom fully furnished with fitted wardrobe and a set of drawers and bedside lockers, sliding doors leading onto the back balcony . An electronic safe has been fitted for the guests use. Smoke alarm and security screening of the main door are fitted for guests security.
Fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofe bed, coffee table, TV and DVD player. There is a dining table and seating for 4 people plus there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob full size oven, cooker hood, microwave oven, fridge, washer/drier, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Golf GolfThe Algarve is the most popular golf holiday destination in Europe. With its temperate year-round climate, it offers fabulous golf on a choice of great courses and excellent value for money.
The Benamor Golf course is just a 5-minute walk from Costa de Cabanas. This course opened in May 2000 and has proven to be very popular. The course was adapted from Henry Cottons original concept and offers some interesting challenges amid peaceful surroundings. Cork oaks, water and contoured greens feature prominently and it is well recommended.
There are two other courses nearby, Quinta Da Ria Golf Club /Quita Da Cima. Quinta Da Rai is located 6 KM east of Tavira and opened in 2001 to rave reviews. Relatively flat, the course winds through almond and olive groves and stretches down to the Ria Formosa. Stunning views and a must play for all avid golfers visiting the Algarve. Quinta Da Cima is a more challenging course,for the longer hitter. Superb fairways and greens and compares to the best on the Algarve.Highly recommended
The Monte Rei Golf Club is set in the picturesque foothills of the Eastern Algarve, with sweeping views of the Serra do Caldeirão mountains to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the south.

AS MANY OTHERS HAVE SAID THE 3 SIDED BALCONY IS JUST WONDERFUL SO YOU CAN ENJOY ALL THE SUN YOU WANT OR SOME SHADE TOO AND THEN THERES THE LOVELY PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE. THERE IS THE MOST WONDERFUL WELCOME PACK EVER! THEY HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING! WE WENT IN THE POOL EVERYDAY AND THE TRIP ACROSS TO THE BEACH IS JUST GREAT AND AT THE END OF THE DAY ITS GOOD JUST TO SIT OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY AND WATCH THE SUN GO DOWN :)"

"We were VERy excited when we first arrived at the apartment. All which was said in the advertisement was accurate. Perfect location to easly walk to amenities. Safe, secure, all comforts of home. Beautiful wrap around patio and a bonus - roof top patio ! what a view ! We enjoyed our 10 day stay, would highly recommend it, and may consider making a return trip in the future."

"The photos of the apartment won us over before we got there but the reality was even better. Because of the vast outdoor areas we spent more time in the apartment than we normally would. The only drawback was the absence of loungers by the pool but fortunately it didnt affect us too much - we just used the wonderful roof terrace and baconies instead. Cabanas is a delightful place with many wonderful restaurants."

" We have just returned from this lovely penthouse apartment and had the most wonderful holiday. The apartment is very well looked afer and fitted out very well. There is a great private roof terrace, balconies on 3 sides so you have sun all day long. I believe we had the first week of good weather this year in Cabanas. The restaurants are great and such great value. There is a lovely new promenade going in on the sea front which I believe is due to be finished end of April and will be super when finished. We hope to return to this lovely apartment later in the year. Barbara & Shay Ryan"

"This is our 3rd time to this beautifull penthouse apartment and is still in exeptional order and very clean the cleaners are lovely and cant do enough to help you also the pool on the complex now is very clean and warm.There is a lovely new promenade and the resort has become very upmarket with a new fish delei which has the same feel of Rick Steins in padstow! the roof terrace is a must especially at 4pm with a large glass of veno!! Joyce the ownwer cant do enough to ensure you have a fantastic holiday and will do anything she can for you.I would recommend to hire bikes its a nice way to see all the shops and resturants down the cobbled roads I cant wait to go back next year its home from home!!"
