Our 200 year old Perigordian farm set in 3 acres, sits on a hilltop overlooking the Dordogne countryside and is so peaceful you can almost hear the grass grow!
The three self catering gites have been converted from a group of ancient farm buildings. Each has been designed to take advantage of the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside and provide privacy.
The renovation has preserved many of the original features of these characterful buildings whilst providing the high levels of comfort and equipment expected by our clients
The grounds offer wonderful views and attract a wide variety of wildlife.
Accommodation Summary : Les Charmes has been sympathetically rennovated by local craftsmen to an extremely high standard and provides high quality self catering accommodation in a rural setting in the heart of the Dordogne countryside.
There are 3 units availbale together or separately (Barn Sleeps 8 + cot, Cottage Sleeps 4-7 + cot and Studio sleeps 2)
Each property has a private terrace with barbaque and outside furniture and easy access to the heated swimming pool.
There is a larger than average sized heated saline swimming pool (12m x 5m) which is fenced and equipped with sun loungers and shade and is regularly cleaned.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
