Naudines cottages
From the hamlet of �Les Naudines Cottages�, you will discover the wonders and traditions of the Dordogne: cultural (museums, castles...), prehistoric (sites, caves...) and sporting (canoe, golf, fishing, recreational parc, tennis...) but also gastronomy and famous wines of Monbazillac, P�charmant, Montravel, Saussignac and very far away, Saint Emilion.
The property offers two types of accommodation:
_ Four spacious (from 110 to 145m�) cottages comfortably accommodating eight people
_ Three cottages (from 50 to 95m� )designed to easily accommodate four people.
Each cottage has been especially designed using local wood and terracotta materials and with some interesting features, including dormer windows offering lovely views out over the vineyard.
All of the cottages have a delightful patio area with garden furniture and private barbecue looking out onto the garden area with views over the vineyards.
Accommodation Summary : spacious cottages (140m� ) accommodating eight people.
Each cottage has a ground level, a large living area,with open stone fire-place, a well equipped kitchen, one bedroom, shower and toilets. Upstairs, three bedrooms (one with en-suite shower and toilets ), shower and toilets.
Kitchen facilities: two fridges (including one with freezer compartment), four ring stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, little electric domestic appliances�.
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
